Abstract:Traditional stenter setting transfer unit has more mechanical friction and big noise.To overcome the problems,a new magnetic levitation stenter setting transfer unit was proposed .As a new textile machinery transmission unit,maglev stenter setting transport unit has no mechanical friction,no noise,less pollution and other advantages.The new transmission unit sliding block material selection was analyzed,three kinds of metal material gray cast iron,45 steel,Q235 carbon structural steel were compared.ANSYS was used to analyze electromagnet magnetic force changes at different gap,and then ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze deformation of the three materials transfer unit sliding blocks under different magnetic force to determine its impact on the transport unit suspension air gap.The results show that the suspension gap within 0.005mm,magnetic force error is less than 5%;Q235 carbon structural steel is more suitable than the other two kinds of material,and costs is reduced.
