Abstract:Owing to the complexity of multi-layer structure in the process of touch-screen lamination and difficulty in realizing the alignment of specific mark,the automated image servo lamination equipment was developed.Using label-free image alignment technique and the image searching technology based on regional image pick-up and normalized cross-correlation algorithm,automatic search and location coordinate picking were achieved.The image automatic alignment system was based on the different spatial image,through the optimization of the compensation control parameters,the number of alignment could be effectively reduced.The test shows that the device can realize the automatic precision alignment of the multi-layer components,and the lamination precision is within the scope of 100 μm,the yield rate of productions is more than 95%,meeting the requirement of industry production specifications.
