Abstract:Electric forklift is increasing day by day in the field of warehouse storage,its lifting system frequently up and down reciprocating work constantly converts potential energy into heat energy,causing the temperature rise of the hydraulic system,reducing the use performance and life of hydraulic components.To avoid the above problems,a kind of potential energy recovery system based on generator and battery was put forward for the electric forklifts.The potential energy recovery efficiency was simulated by using AMESim.The simulation results show that:under the load of 1 t,based on potential energy recovery system of the battery,potential energy recycling of the forklift is about 23.34%,which lays foundation for the forklift potential energy recycling experiment.
