Abstract:The numerical simulation on spinning manufacturing for 1060 aluminum alloy cylinder part was finished by using FEM.The influence rules of the feed rate and spinning wheel working angle on stress,strain and wall thickness difference were analyzed.The analysis results show that the spinning stress shows three periods changes during the spinning,different feed rate(f=2.5、3、4.5 mm/r) will lead to different equivalent stress and strain,even for the same feed rate,the equivalent stress and strain also change.The influences of spinning wheel working angle on stress,strain and wall thickness difference were also analyzed.
