    摘要:

    研究回转工作台关键部件的装配工艺与调整方法,分析回转工作台传动系统、夹紧机构、支撑轴承部等关键部件装配、调试与检测的技术要求,以保证转台的定位精度和重复定位精度达到预期指标;介绍蜗轮蜗杆的装配工艺和检验标准;针对转台支撑轴承同心定位的调整方法和安装过程进行分析和探讨,说明支撑部件的优先级选取依据;阐述液压夹紧机构装配技术要求和安装方法,以及如何确保夹紧机构密封部件安装的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    The assembly process and adjustment method of the critical components on the rotary table were reasearched. The assembly and testing technical requirements of drive system, clamping mechanism, support bearings and other critical components were analyzed to ensure the positionaI accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy. The assembly process and testing standard of the worm gear and worm drive were introduced. The adjustment of the support bearing concentric locating was analyzed and discussed,and the selecting of the priority was explained. The technical requirements in the process of hydraulic clamping assembly and how to ensure the reliability of the sealing components clamping mechanism were explained.
