    摘要:

    根据煤矿掘进装备水冷喷雾系统的需要,总结了现有矿用水介质开关阀在使用中存在阀芯、弹簧易锈蚀或被卡滞,易发生因密封件损坏导致液控油与水泄漏相通等问题。基于液压流体动力学和液压阀设计相关理论和方法,分析现有液压阀典型阀口型式及内部结构的优缺点,开发一种新型高压大流量水介质液控开关阀,具有结构简单、抗污染能力强、主要零件不易腐蚀、易于维护等优点,可以满足煤矿井下主机设备的使用要求。

    Abstract:

    According to the needs of watercooling and spraying systems on mine excavation equipment, then problems and defects on existing water valve,such as spool and spring were easy to be corroded and jammed,and leaking hydraulic oil and water caused by seal failure were summarized. A new type of hydraulic control water medium on/off valve was developed based on hydraulic fluid dynamics, some designing methods of hydraulic valve,analyzing advantage and disadvantage of typical orifices and internal structure of existing hydraulic valve. This valve has some advantages such as simple structure,better antipollution,not easy to corrode of key parts, easy to maintain,and so on. It also can meet the requirement of coal mine equipment.
