    摘要:

    短应力线轧机因具有应力线短、刚度大、产品精度高等优点,在棒材生产线上被广泛使用。针对某轧机多次出现压下机构易卡死、轧辊轴向窜动量大等故障,分析轧机各主要承载件的间隙量和在轧制过程中的变形量,求解出轧机压环与拉杆之间合理的间隙临界值。基于轧辊轴向定位涉及的环节较多,尺寸链形成的间隙无法消除,通过在中心架上增设定位槽以及在轧辊箱的外侧设立定位导块对轧机进行结构优化。对改进前后的轧机刚度进行仿真研究,表明改进后的结构在减小轧机轴向相对位移的同时,有效地提升了轧机的刚度。

    Abstract:

    Shortstress line rolling mill is widely used in bar production line because of its short stress line, big stiffness and high products precision. There were several malfunctions such as the press mechanism was easy to stuck and roller axial movement was very large.The reasonable gap between the press ring and the rod was solved by analyzing the gaps between the main bearing parts of the rolling mill and the deformation during the rolling process.The gap formed by the dimension chain could not be eliminated because it involved more links on the direction of roller axial positioning. The structure of the mill was optimized by adding a positioning slot on the center frame and adding a positioning guide device on the outside of the roll box.The simulation of the rolling mill stiffness on old and new structure was carried out. The results show that the improved structure can reduce the axial displacement of the mill and enhance the stiffness effectively at the same time.
