    摘要:

    通过一个汽油机电控燃油喷射系统故障树自动建树的实例,阐述了对建树过程进行规范化描述的基础上,故障树的自动创建过程。采用此方法,可直接利用已有的部件模型库和标识符库,按指定顶事件状态自动生成故障树。建树过程中避免了事件的疏漏问题,还可以直接按标准处理系统复杂回路,提高了工作效率。不会出现传统手工建树的人为误差,该方法的建树准确度高。对于系统的多态故障追溯其根本原因有现实性意义,为进一步对系统进行可靠性分析提供了便利。该方法也可用于其他控制系统故障树的自动创建,具有通用性。

    Abstract:

    With a aid of electronic controlled fuel injection system, a method of fault tree automatic construction was described, which based on the formal description of fault tree constriction.Using directly existed components’ and identifier’s model library, the method could synthesize fault tree automatically according to the specified top event and its state. The omission of incident was avoided, and the complex loop of the system could be processed directly according to the standard, so that the work efficiency was improved. No traditional personal errors, the accuracy of construction was high.It has practical significance for tracing the root cause of the system’s polymorphic faults, and further facilitates the reliability analysis of the system.The method is also widely applicable for other automatic system construction of fault tree.
