    摘要:

    为解决飞机前起落架摆振问题,安装减摆器是一种可靠而有效的措施。为实现减摆器阻尼力的可调可控,采用磁流变液作为工作介质,以某型无人机前起落架等效黏性阻尼系数为设计依据,设计一种压差剪切式磁流变液减摆器。首先,利用Maxwell有限元软件对减摆器磁路进行仿真优化。其次,将减摆器安装在疲劳机上进行试验。实验结果表明:减摆器阻尼性能达到设计要求,实现了阻尼力的可调、可控。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the aircraft nose landing gear shimmy problem,installation shimmy damper is a reliable and effective measure.Using magnetorheological fluid as the working medium can achieve the damping force adjustable and controllable.Based on the equivalent viscous damping coefficient of a UAV aircraft noes landing gear,a kind of differential pressure shear model magnetorheological shimmy damper was designed.Firstly,Maxwell finite element software was used to simulate and optimize the magnetic circuit.Secondly,the shimmy damper was installed on the fatigue machine for testing.The results show that the damping performance meets the design requirements,and the damping force is adjustable and controllable.
