    摘要:

    介绍在数控车床上加工螺纹时,对实际出现的螺纹量规使用失效问题进行的理论探讨与分析推导,引入偏径比概念,并导出偏径比与中径公差和螺距应满足的关系式,得出偏径比k直接造成牙型半角扩展的结论,指出螺纹刀刀尖不在工件回转中心平面是问题的主要原因,给出分析判断方法和具体处理步骤的建议。

    Abstract:

    The failure problem of the thread gauge used in CNC lathe was introduced. The concept of deviation ratio was introduced and the relationship between the deviation diameter ratio and the diameter tolerance and the pitch was deduced. The conclusion is that the deviation diameter ratio causes tooth type halfangle diffusion directly.The main reason for the problem is that the thread tool tip is not just on the rotation centre plane of the workpiece.Some advice on how to judge it and how to deal with it were provided.
