    摘要:

    设计一套基于LabVIEW的现场数控专机监测系统,详细介绍了系统的总体设计、硬件构成和软件功能模块开发中的关键技术。该系统以安装LabVIEW平台的工控机为上位机,以控制机床加工的HNC808M数控装置和采集机位数据的PLC组件为下位机。实验验证:该系统运行稳定,能够实现专机安装调试和加工过程的数据通信和实时监测。

    Abstract:

    A monitoring system for specialpurpose CNC machine was designed based on LabVIEW and details of the overall design and hardware configuration of monitoring system were introduced,as well as the key technologies to achieving functional modules.The structure of this monitoring platform was the upperlower system,regarding the IPC which LabVIEW software was installed on as the upper system,the HNC808M NC device for machine tool processing control and the PLC device for data acquisition as the lower system.Experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable and able to realize data communication and realtime monitoring of the installation,debugging,operation.
