    摘要:

    未来飞行器的大功率伺服机构将广泛采用电动静液作动器(Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator,EHA),所以十分需要针对飞行器对EHA的指标要求,开展相关设计方法研究。由于EHA的机电液控多学科耦合特性,在原理架构设计之后,必须进行系统级设计,即确定主要设计参数及元器件选型,为后续系统及子系统详细设计打好基础。文中研究了系统级设计阶段设计方法,该设计方法分为静态特性设计、动态特性设计、设计结果验证3个步骤,且以AMESim仿真软件为依托,保证设计开发效率的同时还提高了可靠性,为同行进行EHA产品开发提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    Future aerospace vehicle highpower servo actuator will widely use electric hydrostatic actuator (EHA).It is a high demand to carry out study of relevant design methods according to the vehicle performance specification.Considering its multidisciplinary coupling characteristics,it is necessary to conduct system preliminary design after the EHA architecture design,including determining the main design parameters and component selection,which is the foundation of the following detailed design of subsystem.The system preliminary design method was studied,which divided into three parts: static characteristic design,dynamic characteristic design and design result verification.Based on AMESim simulation software,the design efficiency and reliability are improved at the same time.This method can provide a reference for EHA product development.
