For the narrow space and emergency function loss of maintenance on certain equipment,a portable hydraulic jackup and test device was designed.The AMESim simulation model of the hydraulic jackup equipment was established,through simulation of hydraulic jackup and test device on 9 kinds of operating condition,the design parameters were optimized.Considering the adjustment of the flow valve and the loss of resistance along the project,the opening pressure of overflow valve was set as 22 MPa,the flow rate of pump was set as 3 L/min,and the power of motor was set as 1.5 kW.The optimized hydraulic jackup and test device can complete its task very well.
