    摘要:

    针对某型装备维修空间小、应急维修功能缺失等特点,设计一种可移动式的液压快速顶升及试验装置;建立液压顶升装置AMESim仿真模型,通过9种运行工况下的模拟仿真,优化了液压快速顶升及试验装置的设计参数;考虑到流量阀调节作用以及系统沿程损失,设备设计溢流阀压力22 MPa、泵流量3 L/min、电机功率1.5 kW。优化后的液压快速顶升及试验装置能良好地完成装备顶升及液压部组件的试验任务。

    Abstract:

    For the narrow space and emergency function loss of maintenance on certain equipment,a portable hydraulic jackup and test device was designed.The AMESim simulation model of the hydraulic jackup equipment was established,through simulation of hydraulic jackup and test device on 9 kinds of operating condition,the design parameters were optimized.Considering the adjustment of the flow valve and the loss of resistance along the project,the opening pressure of overflow valve was set as 22 MPa,the flow rate of pump was set as 3 L/min,and the power of motor was set as 1.5 kW.The optimized hydraulic jackup and test device can complete its task very well.
