    摘要:

    将基于最小二乘法和改进遗传算法的系统辨识方法应用于滑阀黏性阻尼系数的测试中。搭建了滑阀黏性阻尼系数测试系统,根据所得试验数据利用递推最小二乘法对系统参数进行辨识,得到解空间范围,再利用改进的自适应遗传算法进行精确辨识,最终得到滑阀黏性阻尼系数。对黏性阻尼系数的辨识结果进行验证分析,结果表明辨识数据与真实试验数据匹配较好,证明了该滑阀黏性阻尼系数测试方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    A system identification method based on LS and GA was proposed, and applied to the test of viscous damping coefficient of spool valve.A test system of the viscous damping coefficient of spool valve was built. According to experimental data,the system parameters were identified by RLS algorithm, getting the range of solution space.Then the improved adaptive genetic algorithm was used for accurate identification. Finally, the viscous damping coefficient of the spool valve was obtained. The identification results of viscous damping coefficient were analyzed.It is shown that the identification data are in good agreement with the real experimental data, the effectiveness of the proposed method is proved.
