Vibration stirring method was adopted to improve material mixing in view of original design of household kitchen waste treatment equipment with mechanical mixing method.Its vibration mixing mechanism was a typical vertical space singleaxis eccentric excitation system.The spring deformation length and deformation force were gotten as well as the displacement of mass center,through the SolidWorks modeling and dynamic simulation of ADAMS.According to the disorder of the mass center displacement,it was known that mixing barrel material was disordered.At the same time,the simulation parameters were used to design a new type of household kitchen waste treatment equipment with more uniform mixing effect.The treatment time and energy consumption of the designed household kitchen waste treatment equipment are better than those of the original equipment.
