    摘要:

    为降低马铃薯收获过程中的人工成本,设计马铃薯升运装车液压系统。基于升运装车液压系统工作特点,在拖拉机转速为1 500 r/min工况下,分析机械臂升降液压缸及输送带驱动马达的压力和流量特性。结果表明:采用液压单向限流阀的一级机械臂液压回路,机械臂伸出时的流量基本维持在30 L/min,系统稳定性较好;液压马达启动时为克服系统静摩擦力,输出压力和流量变化较大,输送带平稳运行后,输出流量趋于稳定。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the potato harvest cost,the hydraulic system of the photo lifting and transportation was designed.Based on the working feature of hydraulic system,the pressure and flow characteristic of the mechanism arm and motor driving conveyer belt for the system were analyzed when the speed of the tractor was 1 500 r/min.The results show that the hydraulic system flow of the first stage mechanism arm is basically maintained at 30 L/min.The pressure and flow of hydraulic motor change greatly at the motor start stage because overcoming the static friction of the system.However,the flow of hydraulic motor will arrive to stable state when the conveyer belt operates stably.
