    摘要:

    当运梁车行走液压系统采用转速感应阀控制时,发动机低转速会使负载敏感系统流量不饱和,从而直接导致执行机构速度受负载大小影响。针对此问题,提出使用独立流量分配系统的方法。利用AMESim软件对系统进行建模仿真,通过对比测试与仿真曲线,验证了仿真模型的准确性和系统原理的正确性。仿真结果表明:该系统能够实现发动机在不同转速下、开式液压系统的稳态响应,实现发动机和负载之间的功率匹配,对降低能源消耗具有积极意义。

    Abstract:

    When speed sensing valve is used to control hydraulic driving system of transporter, low engine speed makes the load sensing system flow unsaturated which causes the actuator velocity is affected by load size. Aiming at the problem, a new method with load independent flow distribution was presented for hydraulic system. Modeling and simulation of the system were carried out by using AMESim; through comparing the calculation results and the simulation curves,the simulation model was accurate and the system principle was correct. The simulation results show that the system can realize steadystate response of the open hydraulic system under different rotating speed, and realize power matching between the engine and load, which is of positive significance to reduce energy consumption.
