Aiming at the phenomenon of highfrequency oscillation during the use of electrohydraulic servo valve, the failure mechanism was revealed through theoretical analysis and practice. That was to say, the stiffness value of the spring tube was reduced due to fatigue damage, resulting in Rolls stability conditions were destroyed, the system instability arising. Corresponding measures were given.
