    摘要:

    根据10 kW·h储能飞轮对支承系统的大承载力要求,提出12磁极E型径向电磁轴承结构,分析磁极个数对于支承性能的影响,建立12磁极径向电磁轴承的电磁力数学模型,并基于此对电磁轴承的结构展开设计。基于有限元软件,进行不同控制电流下的电磁轴承磁场分布仿真。基于所设计的径向电磁轴承试验台,进行不同间隙状态下的电磁力试验,仿真和试验分析结果验证了所提出磁轴承结构的合理性和可行性。

    Abstract:

    The structure of active radial magnetic bearing with 12 magnetic poles of E type is designed according to the technical index of the 10 kW·h energy storage flywheel to the supporting system. Firstly, the effect of the number of magnetic poles on the supporting performance was analyzed. Then the mathematical model of electromagnetic force of 12 magnetic pole radial magnetic bearings was established. Secondly, having designed for the structure of the radial magnetic bearing and got the detailed structural parameters. The magnetic field distributions under different control currents were analyzed by Maxwell ANSYS finite element analysis (FEA) software. Lastly, using the designed electromagnetic force testbed, the electromagnetic forces under different air gaps are measured and analyzed. The simulation and test analysis result prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the radial magnetic bearings structure.
