    摘要:

    以给某米线生产企业研制的一台米线切割机为研究对象,介绍了米线切割机的组成及工作原理。针对米线切割机上料总成中存在的晃动过大、发生错杆、掉杆、部分零部件磨损严重等问题,对其翻转机构进行改进设计,并利用Adams软件对其运动轨迹进行模拟仿真,有效减少了运动中的刚性冲击,再通过SolidWorks软件对改进前后的翻转机构进行三维建模并利用Simulation插件进行静力学分析。有限元分析结果表明改进后的机构在很大程度上增加了机构运动的平稳性,更好地实现送料总成有序、不间断地稳定送料,实现了米线切割机连续稳定地作业。

    Abstract:

    Taking rice noodles cutting machine which developed for some rice noodles production enterprise as the research object, the composition and working principle of rice noodles cutting machine are introduced. Aiming at the problem of excessive shaking,counting errors, the falling rod, the wear and tear of some parts, etc. in the feeding assembly of the rice noodles cutting machine, the design of its flip mechanism was improved. Using Adams software to simulate the motion trajectory, the rigid impact in motion was effectively reduced. SolidWorks software was used to conduct 3d modeling of the improved and before turning mechanism, and static analysis was carried out using Simulation plugin. Finite element analysis (FEA) results show that the improved system to a great extent increases the movement stability, has better accomplishment of orderly, continuous and stable feeding for the feeding assembly, and implementing the rice noodles cutting machine work continuously and stably.
