    摘要:

    根据轨道路基测试装置液压原理图,建立了动压缸电液伺服压力系统传递函数和AMESim模型,并将该系统传函拆分为伺服阀系统、动压缸负载和流量非线性三部分。介绍了所采用的辨识模型和辨识算法,设计了基于该系统AMESim模型的参数辨识方案,获得了伺服阀系统和动压缸负载开环传递函数辨识参数。最后通过对比仿真,验证了该辨识方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    According to the subgrade test devices hydraulic principle diagram, the dynamic pressure cylinder electrohydraulic 〖JP2〗servo pressure system transfer function and AMESim model are established. The transfer function was divided into three parts of the servo〖JP〗 valve system, the load dynamic pressure cylinder and the flow nonlinearity. The identification model and algorithm used were introduced, and an identification scheme based on the AMESim model was designed to obtain the open loop transfer function parameters of the servo valve system and the load dynamic pressure cylinder. At last, through contrast simulation, this methods validity is verified.
