    摘要:

    全静压系统的工作状态影响飞机的飞行安全。为了让受训人员更直观地掌握全静压系统的工作原理和工作形式,开发一套飞机全静压测试台。该测试台可以模拟出静压管和全压管在增压与非增压状态下漏气、堵塞、全压与静压混合等故障对大气数据计算机的影响。从原理图入手列出所需的元件清单,详细了解各个元件的工作原理,进行软件和硬件的设计与施工。记录通电试验测试的实际值与理论值的差距,验证了测试台的可靠性。同时,找出误差的原因,提出一些改进措施。

    Abstract:

    The working condition of the pitotstatic system affects flight safety of aircraft. In order to make the trainees more intuitively master working principle and work form of the pitotstatic system, a set of pitotstatic test system was developed.The test system could simulate the influence of the static tube and the pitot on the air data computer, such as gas leakage, blocking, pitot pressure and static pressure mixing under the supercharging and nonpressurization conditions. The required components were listed from the schematic diagram, the working principles of each component were understood.The software and hardware were designed and constructed.The gap between the actual value and the theoretical value was recorded and the reliability of the test system was verified. At the same time,the causes of the fault were found out and some improvement measures were put forward.
