    摘要:

    采用Virtual.Lab对DK4012型滚珠丝杠副进行声学有限元仿真分析,以其瞬态动力学分析模型为基础,分别对滚珠丝杠副外表面声压和场点空间声压进行仿真分析,并通过搭建实验平台研究滚珠丝杠副噪声声学特性,验证仿真模型的准确性及合理性。研究表明:噪声声压水平随着转速的增加不断提高,且噪声水平的增长速度随之加快;低频声压较大值均处在球通频率和球通频率的倍频上,且最大峰值处在球通频率上,验证了滚珠丝杠副的主声源是滚珠与返向器之间的周期性碰撞。

    Abstract:

    The acoustic finite element analysis of DK4012 ball screw pair was carried out by using VirtualLab. Based on its transient dynamic analysis model, the sound pressure on the outer surface of the ball screw pair and the sound pressure at the field point were simulated and analyzed respectively. The acoustical characteristics of the ball screw pair noise were studied by setting up an experimental platform to verify the accuracy and rationality of the simulation model. The results show that the noise sound pressure level increases with the increase of rotational speed, and the increasing speed of the noise level is accelerated, and the higher low frequency sound pressure is in the double frequency of the ball pass frequency and the ball pass frequency, and the maximum peak value is on the ball pass frequency. The main sound source of the bar pair is the periodic collision between the ball and the backwarder.
