    摘要:

    为了对比球缺槽、圆台槽、圆柱槽激光加工多孔端面机械密封结构产生的动压效应强弱,运用UG建模软件分别建立3种不同型腔微孔的流体动力学分析模型,应用流体动力学求解工具Fluent对3种形式型腔微孔进行仿真。结果表明:在相同工况条件下,增大转速、提高介质黏度、在保证密封环非接触前提下减小密封间隙、深径比选择在0.07~0.1之间可以明显提高动压效应;圆柱槽微孔具有更大的动压效应,将圆柱槽作为激光加工多孔端面密封开槽形式是最佳选择。

    Abstract:

    In order to compare the dynamic pressure effect of the laser surface textured mechanical seal(LST-MS) structure with spherical, circular and cylindrical grooves, the fluid dynamics analysis models of the three different cavity micropores were established by using UG modeling software. The three kinds of cavity micropores were simulated by the fluid dynamics tool Fluent. The results show that under the same working conditions, the dynamic pressure effect can be obviously improved by increasing the rotational speed, increasing the medium viscosity, reducing the seal clearance under the prerequisite of ensuring the seal ring noncontact, and the ratio of depth diameter between 0.07 and 0.1 was chosen. The cylindrical grooves have greater dynamic pressure effect, and it is the best choice to take the cylindrical grooves as the slotted form of LST-MS.
