    摘要:

    缸盖作为发动机的重要部件之一,其清洁度直接影响发动机的功率、排放、震动等重要性能。由于发动机缸盖燃烧室周围的冷却水道孔小而深,原有的发动机缸盖清洗刀具不能实现定点清洗,无法完全保证工件的清洁度。为此,设计一种新型的改进CNC定点清洗刀具,其结构主要包括刀柄和喷头主体,通过在喷头主面上设置6个呈一定角度的喷水孔实现对各水道孔的定点清洗,增强清洗效果。并改进了清洗刀具的走刀路线,显著降低了走刀时间,从而加快了生产节拍,节约能耗。

    Abstract:

    The cleanliness of the cylinder head which is an important part of the engine directly affects the engine’〖KG-*2〗s power, emissions, vibration performance and so on. In the engine cylinder head, the cooling water holes around the combustion chamber are tiny and deep, so the original engine cylinder head cleaning tool can not achieve fixedpoint cleaning, and the cleanliness of the workpiece can not be fully guaranteed. Therefore, a new improved CNC fixedpoint cleaning tool was designed, which mainly included the tool holder and nozzle body. On the primary side of the tool nozzle, there were six blowholes distributed at a certain angle, and they could clean the cooling water holes at fixed point. The new improved cleaning tool can enhance the cleaning effect. Meanwhile, the moving path of the cleaning tool is also improved,by which the moving time of the cleaning tool is significantly reduced, and production tempo is accelerated and the energy consumption is saved.
