    摘要:

    数控系统中最重要的技术是轨迹插补算法,数控机床的加工精度直接受到插补算法的影响。数字积分算法和参数化插补算法是两种常用的插补算法,为比较两种插补算法的精度,建立了两种插补算法的模型,并以常用的直线与圆弧作为插补对象,通过计算比较得出参数化插补算法在高频高精度时误差更小,具有更高的精度,并给出误差公式。研究结果对于工程实际问题有一定的借鉴意义,并为更高精度插补提供了必要的理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The most important technology in Numerical Control (NC) system is trajectory interpolation algorithm, and the machining accuracy of NC machine tool is directly affected by interpolation algorithm. Digital integral algorithm and parameter interpolation algorithm are two commonly used interpolation algorithms. In order to compare the accuracy of two interpolation algorithms, two kinds of interpolation algorithm models were established, and to use the common lines and arcs as interpolation objects, through calculation and comparison, it was concluded that the error of parametric interpolation algorithm was smaller and had higher precision when high frequency and high precision were obtained, and the error formula was given. The result has certain reference significance for engineering practical problems, which also provides the necessary theoretical basis for the pursuit of higher precision interpolation in the future.
