    摘要:

    在对电动机进行修理或回收拆解时,通常需要将其定子绕组漆包线与铁芯进行分离。设计一种结构简单、造价低、适应电动机范围宽、操作快捷的电动机绕组漆包线与铁芯分离装置。首先将待分离的绕组铁芯固定在夹持单元中,然后利用漆包线切割单元将绕组漆包线的一端头部切断,再利用漆包线抽离单元中的漆包线夹钳将绕组铁芯另一端头的漆包线夹持,最后将被夹持的漆包线从铁芯中抽离。给出分离装置的结构组成,分析其工作原理,设计控制系统。样机试用结果表明:该装置一方面使分离过程安全、可靠、不损伤硅钢片,另一方面使分离操作高效、节能与环保。

    Abstract:

    When repairing or dismantling motor, it is usually necessary to separate the stator winding enameled wire from the iron core. A motor winding enameled wire and iron core separation device with simple structure, low cost, wide range of motors and quick operation was designed. Firstly, the core of the winding to be separated was fixed in the clamping unit. Secondly, the enameled wire cutting unit was used to cut off one end of the winding enameled wire. Thirdly, the enameled wire clamp was used to clamp the enameled wire on the other end of the winding core. Lastly, the clamped enameled wire was removed from the iron core. The structure of the separation device was given, its working principle was analyzed, and the control system was designed. The test results show that the device makes the separation process safe, reliable, and does not damage the silicon steel sheet on one hand, and on the other hand, it makes the separating operation efficient, energy saving and environmental protection.
