    摘要:

    转子位移信号是旋转机械的一个重要状态特征参量,包含了旋转机械丰富的运行状况信息。简述谐波小波频率的提纯与轴心轨迹的合成。结合试验台的结构和滑动轴承的工作原理分析升速过程轴心轨迹的变化情况。最后通过提取转子不同转速的直流分量,直观地展示转子的抬升过程,验证了对滑动轴承试验台运行状况的分析,同时说明谐波小波提纯轴心轨迹的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Rotor displacement signal is an important parameter of rotating machinery condition, which contains abundant operation condition information of rotating machinery. The basic method and principle of harmonic wavelet packet algorithm were briefly introduced.The harmonic wavelet algorithm was used to purify the rotor displacement signals in the process of speed rising of the largescale sliding bearing test rig, to extract the characteristic frequency of purified signals and synthesize rotor orbit. Combined with the structure of the test rig, the reason of the orbit shape was analyzed under various conditions. Finally, by extracting the DC component of each signal at different speeds, the uplift process of the rotor was shown visually. The feasibility of the harmonic wavelet to purify the rotor orbit and the correctness of operation condition analysis of test rig were verified.
