    摘要:

    针对溢流阀主阀芯位移检测系统中主阀芯材料的选择问题,从不同材料对传感器检测性能的影响和对主阀芯力学性能的影响两个方面研究确定主阀芯材料。利用Ansoft Maxwell研究4种材料对涡流检测的影响,分析线圈阻抗随检测距离的变化规律及对变压器型等效电路的适用性;而后研究4种材料下主阀芯的力学性能,分析比较主阀芯应力和形变分布及寿命和安全系数;最后选定主阀芯材料。结果表明:铝合金材料可用在涡流检测中,适用于变压器型等效电路,并且符合主阀芯力学性能要求,因此选定铝合金为主阀芯材料。

    Abstract:

    In terms to the selection of valve spool material in the vibration displacement detection to the core valve spool of the pilot relief valve, this paper researches and determines the materials of the core valve spool are researched and determined from two aspects, including the influences of different materials on the detection performance of the sensor and on the mechanical properties of the core valve spool. Ansoft Maxwell was firstly used to research the effects of four different materials on the eddy current testing. And then the change law of the coil impedance that follows with the detection distance and its applicability to the transformer type equivalent circuit were analyzed. Next the mechanical properties of the core valve spool of the four different materials were researched, which analyzed and compared the stress, the deformation distribution, the life expectancy and the safety factor of the core valve spool. And finally the material of the core valve spool was selected. The results show that the aluminum alloy material can be used in eddy current testing and it is suitable for transformer type equivalent circuit, which meets the mechanical property requirements of the core valve spool, therefor it is selected as the core valve spool material.
