Abstract:Taking the crawler crane hydraulic lifting system as the research object, the dynamic characteristics of the crane are analyzed according to the pressure jitter problem during the lifting process, and the solution to reduce the jitter problem is put forward. Firstly, the model of lift system HCD of the crawler crane model is established by using AMESim software; By changing the damping hole diameter, motor balance valve shutoff valve pressure setting and hydraulic chamber volume, it is found that the hydraulic vibration phenomenon of the hoisting system has relationship with hydraulic impact of pressure shutoff valve of variable motor, dynamic characteristics of balance valve, and the volume of pipes. The simulation analysis reflects the actual work situation, the optimization scheme and the improvement measures are reasonable and effective, and the pressure shaking phenomenon of the crane could be basically eliminated.
