    摘要:

    为获得水冷散热器的散热能力,在不同流量下,从理论上对水冷散热器的散热热阻进行推导和计算。散热器内部结构由矩形通道串并联组成,为提高计算效率,利用对称性原理对散热器模型进行简化处理。通过CFD仿真,得出散热器的温度分布,仿真结果与理论计算结果高度吻合。最后通过试验进行验证,证明了计算方法是合理的,在工程应用上具有很好的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to observe the thermal-dissipation capability of water-cooling heat sink, the thermal resistance of water-cooling heat sink is calculated and deduced theoretically under different flow rates. The water-cooling heat sink inside was constituted of many rectangular series and parallel channels. To improve the calculation efficiency, water-cooling heat sink model was simplified symmetrically. The temperature distribution of heat sink was obtained by Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation. The simulation results were consistent with that of the theoretical calculations very well. Finally, the tests of water-cooling heat sink show that this method of calculation is reasonable, which can have an important significance for reference in the engineering design.
