    摘要:

    针对现有交变冲击机构的运动性能检测方法的不足,设计一种可在工况下进行冲击机构运动性能测试的系统。该测试系统采用微机电加速度传感器采集冲击机构的运动加速度信号,将数据采集和存储等控制功能集成到传感装置上,并设计了上位机软件进行数据处理。着重从传感、采集、存储和上位机信号处理4个方面介绍了相关硬件和控制逻辑以及数据处理算法的设计方法,通过仿真模拟试验和简谐运动试验对测试系统的数据采集和处理性能进行验证。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the deficiencies of the existing motion performance detection methods of alternating impact mechanisms, a test system capable of performing the motion performance of the impact mechanism under actual working conditions is designed. A micro-electromechanical acceleration sensor was used by the system to collect the motion acceleration signal of the impact mechanism, integrated the control functions such as data acquisition and storage into the sensing device, and designed the upper computer as the data processing software. It was focused on the design of hardware and control logic and data processing algorithms from four aspects: sensing, acquisition, storage and Personal Computer (PC) signal processing. Finally, the data acquisition and processing performance of the test system is verified by simulation simulation test and simple harmonic motion test.
