    摘要:

    设计了基于PLC与工业机器人的步进电机智能装配系统,该控制系统由总控单元、行走单元、雕铣机单元、装配单元、输送单元、立体仓库单元等组成, 采用以太网通信,实现了机器人、机器视觉、PLC之间的数据与I/O信号交换,能完成了步进电机各零部件的搬运、加工和装配等工序。提高了工厂智能制造与装配水平、降低了人工成本,具有较高推广应用价值

    Abstract:

    The intelligent assembly system of stepping motor based on Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) and industrial robot is designed. The control system was composed of general control unit, walking unit, engraving and milling unit, assembly unit, conveying unit and warehouse unit, and etc. With adopting Ethernet communication, the data and I/O signal exchange among robot, machine vision, and PLC were realized, and the handling and addition of parts of stepping motor were completed of working and assembling procedures. It improves the level of intelligent manufacturing and assembly, reduces the labor cost, and has high application value.
