Abstract:It is great significance of real-time recording and monitoring in various forming parameters during plastic processing and the study of punching forging process and the comparison of parameters at various stages during the numerical simulation of forming. Using the graphical program language LabVIEW as a upper computer development tool and utilizing the powerful computer capabilities and good interactive performance of computer combined with Siemens S7300 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) acquisition module to construct monitor system, then the real-time monitoring of process status could be implemented without the need to configure a computer acquisition board. The Objective Linking and Embedding (OLE) for Process Control (OPC) technology was used in LabVIEW to communicate with PLC to achieve the real-time monitoring of hydraulic press stamping test process by upper computer. The practical result proves that the system is stable and reliable, it can be real-time acquisition of the hydraulic machine such as position, speed and pressure data, monitoring, recording and data export system alarm tasks.
