    摘要:

    液压调剖注入泵常用的风冷式散热装置存在散热效果差等缺点。通过对该散热装置进行结构改造,设计一种油冷式散热装置。研究了设备出口油温和总传热系数的变化情况,结果表明:油冷式散热装置散热效果明显优于风冷式散热装置。该装置已应用于实际生产且效果较好,具有很好的发展前景和推广价值。

    Abstract:

    The air cooling heat dissipation device commonly used in hydraulic profile control injection pump has some disadvantages such as poor heat dissipation effect. An oil-cooled heat dissipating device is designed by structurally modifying the heat dissipating device of the hydraulic profile control injection pump. The variation of the oil temperature and total heat transfer coefficient of the equipment was studied experimentally. The results show that the heat dissipation effect of the oil-cooled heat sink is obviously better than that of the air cooling heat dissipation device. Through the actual application in manufacturing achieved better results,it will have a good development prospect and promotion value.
