    摘要:

    链式打捞装置是一种打捞专用设备,主要适用于浅海打捞,也可用于江河打捞。该装置采用机械式液压同步回路,系统采用负载敏感系统,不仅能满足多执行器同时动作的要求,同时能提高系统效率,减少发热。为解决打捞过程中驳船受海浪升沉运动引起的链条张拉力变化问题,系统采用被动式波浪补偿系统,利用蓄能器站吸收冲击,同时对系统进行了动力学分析,建立了相应数学模型,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真,设计了蓄能器站,有效地减弱了驳船升沉所引起的链条张拉力变化大的影响,使得打捞过程变得更为平稳可靠,保证了打捞过程的安全。

    Abstract:

    Chain salvage device is a special salvage equipment. It is mainly suitable for shallow seawater salvage and river salvage.The device adopts mechanical hydraulic synchronous circuit and load-sensitive system. It can not only meet the requirements of simultaneous action of multiple actuators,but also improve system efficiency and reduce fever.The hydraulic system was taken full account of the influence of the barge caused by the sea wave heave motion.The system was used of the accumulator passive wave compensation for absorbing the concussion. At the same time, the dynamic analysis of the system was carried out, and the mathematical model was established. Through the simulation of MATLAB/Simulink, the accumulator station is designed.The influence of great changes in stretching and pulling forces of the barge caused by the sea wave heave motion is effectively reduced,which makes the salvage process more stable and reliable, and ensures the safety of the salvage process.
