超声复合磨料振动抛光方法有限元分析与实验

    为研究超声复合磨料振动抛光方法对工件表面材料去除量与工件表面粗糙度的影响,分析了超声复合磨料振动抛光方法;并利用ANSYS Workbench软件分别分析了超声振动条件下和超声复合磨料振动条件下工件表面结构与应力变化情况,同时在超声复合磨料振动条件下通过实验验证超声复合磨料振动抛光技术对工件表面材料去除量与工件表面粗糙度的影响程度。结果表明:超声复合磨料振动条件下工件表面位移小于超声振动条件下的工件表面位移,超声复合磨料振动条件下工件表面应力大于超声振动条件下的工件表面应力;在超声复合磨料振动条件下,影响工件表面粗糙度最显著的因素是磨料质量分数,影响工件表面材料去除量最显著的因素是抛光时间,且磨料质量分数为30%、抛光时间为4 h时,抛光效果最佳。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of ultrasonic composite abrasive vibration polishing method on the surface material removal and surface roughness of the workpiece, the vibration polishing method of ultrasonic composite abrasive was analyzed. The surface structure and stress changes in the workpiece under ultrasonic vibration condition and ultrasonic composite abrasive vibration condition were analyzed by ANSYS Workbench.The influence degree of ultrasonic composite abrasive vibration polishing technology on the workpiece surface material removal and the workpiece surface roughness was verified through experiments under the condition of ultrasonic composite abrasive vibration. The results show that the surface displacement of the workpiece under the condition of ultrasonic composite abrasive vibration is less than that under ultrasonic vibration, and the surface stress of the workpiece is greater than that under the condition of ultrasonic vibration. Under the condition of ultrasonic composite abrasive vibration, the most significant factor affecting the surface roughness of the workpiece is the mass fraction of the abrasive, and the most significant factor affecting the material removal of workpiece surface is the polishing time, and when the mass fraction of the abrasive is 30% and the polishing time is 4 hours, the polishing effect is the best.
