车削残余应力时间效应的实验研究

    摘要:

    为掌握切削残余应力随时间而变化的规律,以不同热处理的40Cr合金为实验材料,进行不同条件下的车削实验,然后观察和分析试样残余应力、粗糙度和直径随时间变化的规律。结果显示:加工完成后,最大切削残余应力随时间增加而趋向于减小,但变化幅度均随时间增加而逐渐减小,最后趋向于停止变化;切削残余应力层的厚度随时间增加而变小,但最大拉应力及最大压应力的位置不随时间而改变;切削残余应力变化对工件尺寸及粗糙度的影响可以忽略不计。

    Abstract:

    In order to understand relation between turning residual stress and time, there is a turning experiment with 40Cr sample in different experimental conditions. Residual stress, roughness and specimen diameter of samples were observed and analyzed to find out their change laws over time.The results show that after machined, the maximum turning residual stress is reduced with time, but change rate are gradually decreased with time and finally tended to stop change. Thickness of turning residual stress layer is reduced with time, but location of the maximum tensile stress and the maximum compressive stress do not change with time. Effects on roughness and size of workpiece are negligible when residual stress changed.
