    摘要:

    以SKY-5L14075五轴联动数控机床的NC程序格式要求为研究对象,详细介绍基于UG软件生成符合SKY-5L14075机床需求的后置处理文件的关键技术。以叶轮为例进行数控实际加工,验证经后置处理后的NC程序的正确性。实践证明:加工出的叶轮满足规定的精度要求,验证了基于UG软件后置处理文件的正确性,体现了基于UG运用SKY-5L14075五轴联动数控机床进行加工的可行性,为使用其他控制系统五轴联动数控机床的后置处理提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The NC program format requirements of SKY5L14075 five-axle linkage CNC machine tool were taken as the research object, the key technology of post-processing files conforming to the SKY5L14075 machine tool requirements based on UG software was introduced in detail. Taking the impeller as an example, the actual NC machining was performed to verify the correctness of the NC program after post-processing. It is proved by practice that the machined impeller meets the specified accuracy requirements, and the correctness of the post-processing file based on UG software is verified, it embodies the machined feasibility of using SKY5L14075 five-axle CNC machine tool based on UG, providing reference for using post-processing five-axle linkage CNC machine tool of other control system.
