    摘要:

    为解决减速机箱体相似度大、厂家品牌识别度低的问题,提出将把箱体技术要求、企业文化内涵和中国传统文化等融合在减速机箱体外观的设计理念中。将有限元分析方法引入传统的减速机箱体造型设计流程,运用Creo2.0软件进行三维设计并建模;用Ansys Workbench软件对设计模型进行有限元分析;提出了造型与结构一体化的设计方法,通过此方法达到提高各减速机厂家品牌识别度的目的,从而提高产品的竞争力,增强产品造型的创新性,提高造型设计效率。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of large similarity of the reducer box and low brand recognition of manufacturers,the design concept of integrating the technical requirements of the box,the connotation of corporate cultural and traditional Chinese culture into the appearance of gearbox was proposed.The finite element analysis method was introduced into the traditional design process of reducer box, and Creo2.0 was used for 3D design and modeling. Ansys Workbench was used for finite element analysis of the design model. The design method of integration of shape and structure was put forward. Through the method, the purpose of improving the brand recognition degree of each reducer manufacturer was achieved, so as to improve the competitiveness of products, enhance the innovation of product modeling, and improve the efficiency of modeling design.
