Abstract:Aimed at the problems of high energy consumption, low electrification and low steering accuracy of the electronically controlled hydraulic system of traditional agricultural machinery,a closedloop pump control system based on PID fuzzy controller was proposed to improve the response characteristics, control accuracy and electrification degree of the electronically controlled hydraulic system. The working principle of the closed hydraulic pump control system was analyzed,the mathematical model was built,and the simulation model of the control system was built in the MATLAB to verify the dynamic characteristics of the control system. The results show that the closed hydraulic pump control system based on the PID fuzzy controller has good dynamic characteristics and control accuracy. The response time is reduced from 1 s to 0.8 s, the system overshoot is reduced from 6.5 mm to 4.2 mm, and the stabilization time required by the system is reduced from 3.8 s to 2.5 s.
