    摘要:

    汽车发动机抗扭连杆支架的连接可靠性影响汽车行驶中的乘坐舒适性、车身稳定性以及操控稳定性。影响其连接可靠性的主要因素是紧固连接处的摩擦性能。通过试验分别测试了3个试样的摩擦因数。试验结果表明:3个试样的摩擦因数实测值分别为0.27、0.30、0.33,大于其摩擦因数的评定值0.22,符合评定标准且该试验工装夹具及安装设计能够达到试验标准

    Abstract:

    The connection reliability of torsionresistant link bracket of the automobile engine affects the comfort, body stability and handling stability of automobile in driving. The main factor that affects the reliability of the torsionresistant link bracket is the friction performance at the fastening joint. The friction coefficients of the three samples were separately tested through experiment. The test results show that the measured friction coefficients values of the three samples are 0.27, 0.30 and 0.33 respectively, which are all greater than the evaluated friction factor value of 0.22 and meet the evaluation standard, the test fixture and installation design can meet the test standard too.
