    摘要:

    对离心泵特性的研究是对泵在低压及不稳定气压下运行研究的基础和前提。离心泵的运行特性直接影响着泵在低压及不稳定性气压下运行的稳定性和可靠性,而其性能在很大程度上取决于液体在其内部的流动状况。简述离心泵内流体的基本流动情况,通过实验研究得出离心泵工作特性曲线;对性能曲线进行拟合,分析了转速变化对离心泵特性的影响;为高原低气压条件下汽蚀问题研究提供参考

    Abstract:

    The study on the characteristics of a centrifugal pump is the basis and premise for the study on the operation of pump under low pressure and unstable air pressure. The operation characteristics of the centrifugal pump directly affect the stability and reliability of the pump under low pressure and unstable gas pressure, and its performance largely depends on the flow condition of the liquid in its interior. The basic flow of the fluid in the centrifugal pump was briefly described. The working characteristic curve of the centrifugal pump was obtained through experimental research.The performance curve was fitted and the influence of speed change on the characteristics of the centrifugal pump was analyzed. The study provides a reference for cavitation erosion under low pressure at plateau.
