    摘要:

    为了准确掌握电机车运行过程中的振动规律与影响因素, 合理设计减振装置,有效控制车辆振动,基于虚拟仪器技术设计了相应的随车振动测试系统,并以此研究电机车运行过程中的振动特性。在所构建的测试系统中,以计算机声卡作为数据采集设备,实时采集待测振动信号;基于LabVIEW构建了测试软件,实现相应的数据处理、显示与存储。经校验,所设计的振动测试系统具有较高的测试精度;与传统的煤矿机械测试系统相比,该振动测试系统所用的测试仪器、仪表的数量少,而且集数据采集与数据处理功能于一体;该系统可以有效提高测试精度和测试效率,适用于煤矿电机车振动测试。

    Abstract:

    In order to accurately grasp the vibration rule and influencing factors in the running process of electric locomotive, reasonably design the vibration reduction device and effectively control the vehicle vibration, a vibration measurement system was designed based on virtual instrument technology to study the vibration characteristics of the electric locomotive. In the designed measurement system, the computer sound card was used as data acquisition equipment to collect vibration signals in real time; based on LabVIEW, the measurement software was built to realize the corresponding data processing, display and storage. The test results show that the designed system has high test accuracy; compared with the traditional coal mine machinery measurement system, the designed system has fewer measurement instruments and meters, and integrates data acquisition and data processing functions; the designed system can effectively improve the measurement accuracy and efficiency and is suitable for vibration testing of coal mine electric locomotive.
