Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low processing accuracy, low production efficiency and high production cost in traditional technique for electro-hydraulic valve of stainless steel hydraulic support, a new technique method for the main valve body processing was studied by using five-axis machining center and CAM software HyperMILL.The processes of milling, drilling, boring, chamfering and thread milling to five surfaces of a workpiece were completed successively by just one clamping. Through analysis and processing test, it is proved that the technique can reduce labor consumption, save auxiliary processing time and clamping times, ensure positioning accuracy, improve the processing efficiency of the main valve body of an electrohydraulic valve of hydraulic support by at least one time, and has application and promotion value.
