    摘要:

    平衡肘受力情况复杂而且多变。利用Adams对行动部分进行虚拟仿真,结合实体计算可以获取平衡肘的真实受力载荷约为35 kN。根据疲劳理论分析,可以得到平衡肘初始结构的使用寿命在13 万km以上。为了实现平衡肘的轻量化,对其结构进行拓扑优化,采用的方式是在平衡肘连接扭杆的端面位置进行循环沟槽设计等。经研究表明:在同等受力情况下,平衡肘的质量减轻了5 kg,且保证了平衡肘的使用寿命。结构拓扑优化降低了钛合金材料的损耗,节约了开发成本

    Abstract:

    The force on the balance elbow is complex and variable.The virtual simulation of the moving part was carried out by Adams, and the real load of the balance elbow could be obtained by combining with the entity calculation, which is about 35 kN. According to the analysis of fatigue theory, the service life of the initial structure of the balance elbow is over 130 000 km.In order to realize the lightweight of the balance elbow, the topology optimization of the structure was carried out. By means of circular groove design at the end face position of the balance elbow connecting the torsion bar.The method was to design the circular groove in the position of the end face of the balance elbow connecting torsion bar.The result shows that under the same force, the weight of the balance elbow is reduced by 5 kg and the service life is guaranteed.The loss of titanium alloy material is reduced and the development cost is saved by the structure topology optimization.
