    摘要:

    液体静压导轨作为精密机床的关键部件,其性能参数直接影响着机床的整机性能。应用单点激振、多点拾振的频响函数法获取液体静压导轨空间3个方向上的动态响应特性。采用一种改进的频率响应函数方法,编制了相应的辨识算法,对液体静压导轨的动态特性参数进行辨识,得到了液体静压导轨结合部导轨空间3个方向上的模态质量矩阵、刚度矩阵、黏性阻尼矩阵、结构阻尼矩阵。结果表明:导轨滑台垂直Z方向上刚度矩阵、黏性阻尼矩阵数量级随激振频率的增加而呈非线性增大,导轨进给X方向与Y方向动态参数受高频激振频率影响较小。

    Abstract:

    Hydrostatic guide as a key component of the precision machine tool, its performance parameters directly affects the overall performance of machine tool. Using singlepoint excitation, multipoint pickup method, the space frequency response of the hydrostatic guide on the three directions was obtained. And using an improved frequency response function method, the identification algorithm was compiled, the dynamic characteristics parameters of the hydrostatic guide were identified. The modal mass matrix, stiffness matrix, viscous damping matrix, structure damping matrix of the three directions in hydrostatic guide junction space were identified.It is found on the rail slide vertical Z direction, the orders of magnitude of the stiffness matrix, viscous damping matrix increase nonlinearly with excitation frequency increasing, dynamic parameters on rail feed X and side Y directions less affect by high frequency excitation frequency.
