    摘要:

    针对反冲洗过滤器内滤芯滤饼的冲蚀状态无法直接观测,且滤饼的内部结构难以用传统的几何学进行描述的问题,采用EDEM模拟仿真方法,对滤饼中颗粒的凝聚机制进行简化,将所过滤的物料外形简化为球形颗粒,以煤-细砂岩物料颗粒柔性面作为滤饼层的模型,进行不同冲击速度与冲击角度的高压水滴冲刷,模拟滤饼的剥落,分析不同冲击角度下的滤饼表面形貌。结果表明:滤饼质量损失与bond键断裂数随着冲击速度的增大而增大,随着冲击角度的增大呈先增后减趋势,在冲击角度为30°附近取得峰值;该值所对应的滤饼表面形貌图上裂纹数量较多。此仿真方法用来模拟滤芯滤饼在实际给定参数的反冲洗动态冲蚀过程,得出剥离滤饼层的最佳冲击角度,加快滤饼脱离滤芯的速度,降低反冲洗过滤器开发成本,缩短设计周期。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the erosion state of the filter cake in the backwashing filter cannot be observed directly,and the internal structure of the filter cake is difficult to describe with traditional geometry,EDEM simulation method was used to simplify the agglomeration mechanism of particles in filter cake.The shape of filtered material was simplified to spherical particles.The flexible surface of coal-fine sandstone material was used as the model of filter cake layer.High pressure water droplets scouring at different impact velocities and angles was carried out to simulate the peeling of filter cake and the surface morphology of filter cake at different impact angles was analyzed.The results show that the mass loss of filter cake and the number of broken bonds increase with the increase of impact velocity,and increase first and then decrease with the increase of impact angle,and reaches a peak value near the impact angle of 30︒,which corresponds to the more number of cracks on the surface topography of filter cake.The simulation method is used to simulate the backwashing dynamic erosion process of filter cake with given actual parameters,and the optimum impact angle of peeling filter cake layer is obtained,which can accelerate the speed of cake separation from filter core,reduce the development cost of the backwashing filter and shorten the design cycle.
