Abstract:In order to effectively study the noise of obliqueaxis plunger motor, it is necessary to accurately measure the noise of the motor. Therefore, a measurement and acquisition system for the noise level of obliqueaxis plunger motor was designed. During the test process, the obliqueaxis plunger motor was placed in the semianechoic chamber, and isolated from the loading end of the hydraulic system. So the interference of noise sources from other hydraulic components was effectively eliminated. The adjustment of the system pressure and motor speed could be completed on LabVIEW software platform, and the system pressure, flow, speed, torque and temperature parameters could be acquired online. Meanwhile, the acquisition, storage, CPB and FFT analysis and display of sound field data of obliqueaxis motor were completed in the LabShop software.The test results effectiveness was validated. The measurement and acquisition system for the noise level of obliqueaxis motor can be used to count the total amount of noise in the target frequency band, and get the corresponding frequency points of peak noise.
