    摘要:

    针对制造公差和装配误差导致轴承滚道的椭圆化变形,分析了角接触球轴承滚道的径向偏差。依据赫兹接触理论和滚道控制理论,在考虑惯性载荷的情况下,建立联合载荷下角接触球轴承滚道椭圆化的拟静力学模型,研究外轨道椭圆化对轴承接触特性的影响机制;用改进的L-P理论估算轨道椭圆化轴承的疲劳寿命。结果表明:滚道椭圆化程度越大,部分滚动体的接触参数发生突变越剧烈,轴承的接触刚度和疲劳寿命越小;滚道椭圆化对疲劳寿命影响较显著,沿椭圆长轴方向施加径向载荷时轴承寿命降低较慢。该研究为多工况下轴承的设计和应用提供理论分析依据

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the oval deformation of bearing raceway caused by manufacturing tolerance and assembly error, the radial deviation of angular contact ball bearing raceway was analyzed. According to Hertz contact theory and raceway control theory, the quasistatic model of raceway ovalization of angular contact ball bearing under joint load was established, and the influence mechanism of outer raceway ovalization on bearing contact characteristics was studied. The fatigue life of the oval raceway bearing was estimated by using the improved L-P theory. The results show that the greater the degree of raceway ovalization, the greater the mutation of the contact parameters of some rolling bodies, and the smaller the contact stiffness and fatigue life of the bearing. Raceway ovalization has a significant influence on fatigue life and the bearing life is reduced slowly when radial load is applied along the oval long axis. The study provides a theoretical basis for the design and application of the bearing under multiple working conditions
